Rick started his first company as a teenager back in his native UK, writing one of the first NFL computer simulations. He went on to do secret things at Scotland Yard and British Aerospace before giving it all up and heading across the pond. Rick is most likely to be seen trying to remember to drive on the right-hand side, quoting The Big Lebowski and thinking up cool new features for MoreDating.

Kathy helped set up MoreDating after leaving her career in the Retirement industry where she brought compassion, warmth and humor into the lives of thousands of seniors and their families. It’s been a natural leap for her into the world of dating and relationships. When she’s not dreaming up better ways to help bring people together, she can be found enjoying Indian food, reading decorating magazines and trying to work out how to use her iPod nano.
Ahmed El-Daly, Silverback Code Monkey
Daly can eat obscenely hot Jalfrezi curries without flinching and loves searching for unfeasible bargains on eBay and craigslist. He has a passion for programming in Ruby on Rails and is a true believer in all things Apple. In his spare time he has rebuilt three Volkswagen Beetles from scratch.

Reid cut his teeth as a Java developer and now enjoys programming in many different web technologies. He is a basketball nut with a penchant for multitasking who has been known to watch up to 8 games while simultaneously coding the next killer app and keeping an eye on his kids.

Craig likes to work “in the zone” which consists of large amounts of caffeine and d 'n' b in his headphones. He’s our go-to guy when it comes to making the site look presentable across different browsers. Craig has done a little bit of everything in his career, including working at skateboarding magazines, as a bouncer and an international man of mystery.

Jaco is MoreDating’s very own contrarian web designer. He has strong views on principles of good design and lets everyone know about them. Jaco is the only designer we know who loves Vista and dislikes Macs, but fortunately it doesn’t seem to interfere with his creative process.
